Therapist Training, Wage and Salary Survey
This survey was prompted by a question about therapist wages posted on one of the Listserv discussion groups. While there are strict restrictions on doctor discussion, a consultant may freely survey, compile and share data in the form of generalized management information.
Please fill out the following survey as completely as possible. Survey participation is anonymous. No individual participant will be identified in the summary results.
A condensed version of the results will be published on the VTOD and DOC-L lists once compiled. For a comprehensive survey report, including any comments by anonymous participants, add your email address and the full report will be sent directly to you.
